How's your heart? It's a phrase my Aunt Bella used every time we met

She lived most of her life in what I know call "heart energy", where every moment and decision was practiced living in the present moment, making decisions based on what was best for the heart. It served her well, and I like to live in the same way. I'm Donagh McKeown, radio presenter producer & podcaster, now living through what I call my Beatles year, as I progress to that time "when I'm 64"

 

Nice to meet you! I'm all sorts of things to all sorts of folks. I've been a radio presenter producer for over 30 years,  a professional speaker and compere for 20 years and a video maker for the last 15 years. Since 2018 I've also become a tour guide.
